Saturday, June 10 and Sunday, June 11 from 10am until 6pm
Exhibitors can access the trade show hall from 9am on Saturday and Sunday.
Setup starts on Friday, June 09 at 8am and finishes at 8pm. Please let us know your approximate setup times before June 8, 2016 (by email). Disassembly starts right after the show on Sunday, June 12 at 6pm and finishes at 10pm. We are going to send out further details by email about delivery, setup and disassembly before the event.
The quantity of passes you are entitled to depends on your booth size: up to 15 m²: 3 passes; from 15 up to 35 m²: 5 passes; from 36 m²: 7 passes; 1 additional pass per 10 m². Customized passes can be ordered upfront. We’ll get in touch with you about additional information, deadlines etc. In case you miss out on ordering customized passes, your passes will be printed with your company name only. Any additional passes (without your company name, but clearly marked as exhibitor pass) you may require can be ordered at our information desk at the show and are subject to a surcharge (10,-€ each). Any passes ordered upfront are ready for collection at our information desk.
Parking is free at Landschaftspark Duisburg-Nord.
Additional information on parking will be sent out by email prior to the event.
Booth Cleaning Service
Photo+Adventure takes care of general cleaning in the exhibition hall and of all hallways. Cleaning of booths is to be taken care of by each exhibitor. If you are interested in booking a cleaning service for your booth during/after the fair’s opening times, please feel free to get in touch with us.
We recommend insuring your show and exhibition equipments/items and having a liability insurance.
If you would like to book your own booth security, please get in touch with our security service provider RBGprotection (email to Ina Nienhuys).
Once you are registered as an exhibitor for Photo+Adventure, we add your company logo to our online exhibitor overview. Please send us your logo, preferably as an .eps file, to email@example.com. If any questions should arise, please reach out to us.
